I orded a cold air intake from these people on june 2nd.. i recieved the package on the 11th, no complaints there but when i discovered that my package was missing the air filter i called them and asked if they could send me one. After calling them multiple times they finally sent the package on the 19th and is still scheduled for delivery on the 26th, so if anyone wants parts from hotshot for there car in a months advance, order from them. Im disgusted with there service and will never order anything from them again.

Hotshot is known to be very busy and single customer orders don't fall into the high priority catagory. It is always best to go through a distributor of theirs. Just call around till you find someone with one in stock.

you gotta remember john, i believe the owner makes them as they are ordered, he doesnt stock quite too much.. same with the hearders and all.. i live close by even if i wanted to go and pick one up i'd still have to wait for him to fabricate it. Hotshots is cool.... dont be dissin..

I can understand why your upset. But, shit happens.. sometimes orders are jacked up... again they are really busy... try calling them and your on hold for a while these days..

They are cool, I am sure they will send one your way fast. :D

its the air filter~~!@~# thats what im upset about, i have had everything else right on time... they left out the filter in the 1st package and sent the air filter ground air... if they would have just sent everything the 1st time i wouldnt be mad, or at least overnighted the airfilter like i originally requested 9 days ago.

Fabricating every the intake piping has nothing to do with not including the filter. I have HS products on my car, but I also dislike their service.

I had an HS warm air intake setup for about a year, then decided to get the second pipe. Well, I called, and told them that, and they REFUSED to sell me just the second half. I told them I didnt need the couplers, or a filter, I just wanted to buy the second pipe, and they told me I need to get the whole thing. A local muffler shop had no problems with making me a cold air intake pipe.
