Latest News about the Northeast SERCA/NENOC meet Sept. 13-15
Well I just wanted to give everyone an update on the planning of the big Northeast meet. I also need some feedback from people who will be participating in the events and need to stay in the designated hotel. Just a reminder the SERCA/NENOC meet is from Friday September 13th- Sunday the 15th.
Friday will be the check in date for people who need to stay at the hotel. I lucked out and know the General Manager of the new Hampton Inn in Seekonk, Mass, so that is where we will get the best rate. It is a brand new hotel (as of April 2002) and the rooms will only be $89.00 per night. I need the names of people wither getting a room alone, or who will be sharing rooms together with other members. Then after I get an accurate number I will give you the number of the hotel and you can call and reserve it. Friday night after we all meet up we will head out for food and beverages in Providence, RI which is only 20 minutes away.
Saturday morning we will all caravan up to New England Dyno for the dyno event and BBQ. The cost (for all Sentra owners) is $65.00, which includes food and dyno pulls. If there are any extra openings any other car owners should have no problem getting on. Saturday after the dyno event we will head back to the hotel for any resting or changing, then head back out for some more fun, most likely in Providence again.
Sunday the 15th we will plan a indoor paintball event at a place in Providence. I need to know now how many people will be doing this so I can get accurate pricing and reserve a spot for our group. This event is open to everyone, so get ready for some real fun. Please try to respond to this info as soon as you can so I can finalize everything. Please bare with me b/c with the upcoming wedding (Aug 9th) my life is pretty much a constant mess.
