: emanage ultimate
p10det 07-14-2007, 10:38 PM Hello my co worker recently wireed in the emanage ultimate. not i have exoeriance with aem ems a bit but im a bit confused with this emanage stuff.
bassiclly we just wire and installed everything and whanted some navigation help to trace stock maps be fore we drop in the big injectors and run a map sencor. Im asking qustions herer cuase i hve found greddys web sight to be a pos. their is no info their and all i find is loads ov questions nots even looked at. bassiccly i was trying to veiw the stock maps and see what the car was doing real time to do the math to get a good tune idea on the bigger injectors. the plain is 450+ whp and im not gonna safely do this by blindingly with no base map trace figure this out with out poping an engine.
anyone with real info are some one who cn help navigate me through this system a bit i would be very happy. i have worked with the aem ems a bit and seen calunm ecu in progress and im trying to tune this system in the same fashion.
All i can do right now is make guess maps and run them with egt's and wide band. thaat s not my plian cuase any one who has ever tuned a car would know how that could take for ever if you are not trying to pope a good sr20' with bad tuneing.
their is just such a lack of info on this system in general.
greddy give all the info needed on wireing the unit and it is in a and wired car running i just need navigation info a bit better so i can se what i want to see to tune the car right
p10det 07-16-2007, 09:42 PM thanks for no help are imput. i will leave it here as i figured the system out pretty well and the car is running better and better everytime i have to toy with it.
i do refuse to leave any info i found simply becuase i do not know if is the best way to tune and the fact that no one person replyed to this thread . given that i keep everything i learned to my self. i feel that if i learn on my own with out help everyone else can
civicdragon 07-16-2007, 11:05 PM hey man there is a yahoo board that cna help you out... http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/emanage/
also when this site is back check it out http://www.mohdparts.com/
p10det 07-17-2007, 09:28 PM that sight is only dedicated to the emangae blue so it offers no real help any way.
i have looked around and found no info from any one. But i have been able to come up with some pretty good bassics that seem to be well
p10det 07-20-2007, 11:04 PM this sort of bothers me that i have found everything and no one has any clue to have posted an imput on this.it makes me see the actual lack of knowladge here. really sad. im glade im smart ehough to figure stuff out but i bet if this was the same tread with a cry for my car does not rev over 3k rpms thread then i would have gotten replys. i find it insulting to me as a member that the first time i ask a question here that no one wants to leave any imput at all. they would rather peek and forget about me not giveing a crap about the help and hard work i do for other members
TREYDEE 07-20-2007, 11:25 PM I would have helped if I could have, Sorry you feel that way!!! cheer up lad :)
Nizmonik SE-R 07-21-2007, 12:07 AM Well you did guess correctly, the reason why no one posted anything is b/c of our lack of knowledge with the Greddy Emanage Ultimate. No one has ran it here yet so there would be no input to share.
The reason there is a forum is to share info that we discover. You can call yourself a pioneer of some sort if you plan to share the info you have about the SR20 and the Emanage Ultimate or you can choose to keep this forum in the dark about the Emanage Ultimate and its tuning possibilities.
There are a couple of forum members running the Emanage Blue but like you stated....Emanage Blue info offers no help anyways.
Personally, I'd like to hear about your experiences with the Emanage Ultimate but its really up to you if you want to share that. Sorry if no one posted anything helpful when they know nothing about it.

se200 07-21-2007, 09:21 AM Like said above not to many ppl run that pggy back. I have very little info on it because its full of problems. I know a few ppl that had it and got rid of it first chance they got......not because it wont work but because of the same thing you ran into lack of tuning/nav. info.
Anyways good luck with it and the sr forum could really use someone like you to teach us its ups and down I for one would jump on the band wagon with you if you start to get a hold on it. So let me know if you get it rolling the map function with this has my interset.
psushoe 07-23-2007, 10:44 PM Hey, if you're still trying to figure out the EU, send me a PM and I'll give you my cell. Since we live next to each other practically, I can come help out. I've been running the EU in my car for about a year.
B15sentraDE 07-24-2007, 10:10 AM ive been running the blue for aboput a year now and just bought the emanage ultimate. looking through the manuals it doesnt really seem that different in the injector tuning or the airflow tuning. i have yet to install it so i guess ill find out when i get a chance to upgrade.
91SERious 07-24-2007, 10:41 AM p10det, I find it sad that you must insult our forums members because they could not help you. There are a lot of times with cars where people have gone into uncharted territory and have to figure things out for themselves like many people on here have done. Just because nobody held your hand and guided you does not give you the right to insult everybody on the forum.
I have an e-manage blue and a Calum ECU. I have even talked on the forum of switching to a Honda ECU with Crome. But, I have not gotten many responses. But, that just made me look elsewhere. I am a member, although not active, on HT just to read about crome and a few other chips they have. I am on many other forums also, just so when I cant find info here, which isnt often, I do have other sources.
psushoe 07-24-2007, 12:43 PM The EU is a great tool, imo... once you get used to how it works and the small quirks it has. They are slowly getting better with the software as updates come out, so make sure you dl and install the latest firmware and software.
p10det 07-25-2007, 08:52 PM 91 im not trying to insult this forum. i just felt insulted cuase no one would say anything at all. i have given loads of info to people hear nd id seemed like no one would say anything to me at all. even if some one would have been so kind to say good luck i would have been happy. It just at first seemed like no one cuold give a rats ass about me.
the car does run well but has one problem. when shifting it get piss rich if you are back on the gass right away. i am to beleave its a ignition map problem and since its corrections only i can not really see what the ignition system is really doing real time.
this is not my car it is the 6speed p10 that hass been runing for a while recently put on a gt2871r the bigest trim available.
it kinda kicked me in the jimmy when i asked one question and not a sole would say anything. But you se threads and new mwmbers posting easy bs problems get replyed to. i felt neglected . But can anyone blame me?

dude simmer down. i have had many threads over the years that have gone un noticed but i dont throw a bitch fit and tell everyone i figured it out and they can do the same on their own.
i remember i had a bad problem with my suspension feeling really loose. figured out the sears alignment guy didnt tighten everything down.....someone else had the same issue with their k-sports and I HELPED THEM.
civicdragon 07-25-2007, 09:25 PM i think the point is that he helps a lot of people on the forum, but he does it low key so most people dont know what he has done for the community and he expects them to jump and help...
the fact is the people that would be wiling to help probably dont know anything about it, like me
