Im doing a 5 speed swap on my b15. I have found the clutch master and slave cylinders online but I am having trouble finding the hardlines for the slave cylinder.

Are they available anywhere besides the dealership?
What about the master cylinder rubber line? can I just make that? anyone know what diameter that hose is?
