It's sort of like adjusting the timing. Start the car and get it warmed up. Rev it a couple times then shut it off. Unplug the throttle position sensor (plug that's attached to a little brown thing on the throttle body). Start car up and turn the idle adjustment screw. Turn it so it idles at 750 rpm. Turn car off; plug TPS back in; start car up; drive.
