what exactely is a g load brace and what does it brace? i have heard of some kind of brace similar to a tension rod that connects to the front control arms to prevent wheel hop. does anyone know of this product?

yes, it connects the control arms to each other...

some say it decreases wheel hop...some say it stiffens, or flattens out and tightens up the car..the G load brace is made by Steallin..er um Stillen

and how much to they usually cost? how exactly does it connect the control arms? does it connect each control arm individually to the crossmember?? i tried looking on the stillen web site but theres no g load brace.

they were just $42.00 2 days ago..they musta bumped em up *** they were selling...the N tech design is supposed to be a lil better..and is now made by Progress I believe. It bolts to the x member. the G load does not..it acts as a strut tower bar for the lower portion of the car

ok i looked at the g load brace and thats not the product i was looking for. what the g load brace does is tie the 2 ends of the crossmember. what i wanted it some kind of part the acts similar to a tension rod where it actually bolts up to the lower control arm and the chassis and uses a pillow ball joint. i little while ago, i saw this item but i have no clue who makes it. any help would be appreciated
