I just wanted to share this with you guys
I have been parting out a couple cars and I work on my own vehicles lot.(like alot of you).
I am not afraid to get dirty,or anything,but it is sweet being able to just pull off the gloves to answer thre phone or get a drink,take a piss,whatever..Just turn them inside out as you take them off and you are good to go.They even have powder in them for easy on/off.
I hate using gloves because you can't feel everything with your hands and fingers.Sometimes it is hard to use tools,too.
I tried some latex(hospital style ones from Home depot,and they rip too easy.They also dont hold up to many oils,fluids,etc.very well.
But...I found some disposable Vinyl ones a Walgreens(3.99 for 100).
These are awesome.They are thin enough to be useful,but thick enough to hold up to some abuse.By the time they rip they are ready to be changed anyway.
I don't use them all the time,but anytime I do something that is really dirty work,I do.
Try it some time...it is weird at first but I bet you will start using them .
The Vinyl ones really haol up to fluids,oils etc well .And they are great if you have cuts on your hands and you want to keep them from getting infected,too.
