Well group, me Blackb13 (Nathen) and insaneser (chris) took my tranny off and found out why the car wasnt starting and everything was messed up. The flywheel came unbolted from the engine. every single bolt came off. when i did my swap i used the bolts from the primera flywheel that are about a quarter inch shorter then the bolts for the us flywheel. this means there was less then a 1/4 inch of thread holding the flywheel on. and the night it got messed up my friend was dirinvg my car super hard. so now im going to put on my us bolts and make it right...at the same time im ordering new axles, clutch disc, reserfaced or lightened flywheel and torque mounts. i was happy when i saw the the problem becuase i thought it was something major! feeeewww :-)

you by chance take a look at the threads in the crank to make sure they weren't screwed (pardon the pun) up?

I remember hearing something about those darn bolts being too short one time. Glad it isn't too bad. Is your flywheel beat up very bad? Didn't you put a new clutch in yours when you did the swap?
By the way I am getting ready to swap motors hopefully at the end of this week or early next week.
I went with the JWT Pressure Plate and the 2001 SE clutch disc combo. both together is $303 FYI.
I also ordered the Torque mounts and UR 2 pulley set.
Will you be coming home next weekend?, If so come over, Nathan you too.

Yea George roffe told me they were dangerously to short right after i did the swap. i was too lazy to change them over.

not at all im really suprised how undamaged it is. it just has a few dingsa on it, something that reserfacing can clean up. :-)
Didn't you put a new clutch in yours when you did the swap?
YEa JWT PP and a stock clutch disk, then i put the stock PP back on a few months ago cause i thought the PP was bad...sold it to a friend in gboro :( but chris is going to sell me a stock act clutch disk to put on when i put the tranny back on.
