Are the JDM BlueBird ecu's programmed to run on higher octane gas? I haven't seen any info on this subject.

Keep in mind I'm talking about a 92 classic. charlie2020 06-25-2002, 12:03 AM I witnessed a 91 Classic with stock ECU and stock SE-R MAF run and the timing was set to 15 degrees BTDC, I know because I set it and it was also boosting 9psi and runs and idle's fine. I also seen a 91 Classic with BB ECU run a BB SR20DET and it runs fine just a little rich I was told. Non of these 2 examples even had a SAFC, I could just imagine how much better they would be.
