I was wonder if anyone has installed or has knowledge of the ECU pins from 99 sentra, I am trying to install a Apexi Rev Speed Meter and there are some wires I need to splice into ( Ignition Power, Speed, Ground, and RPM) from the ECU I am not sure as to the wiring since the manual has a pic of 2 row connector for my ECU and my sentra (99SEL) has a 3 row connector. If anyone knows the color wires I need to tap into your help would be much appriciated. :confused:

yea, i need some info on this too, although i heard there might (and most probably will) be a red engine light :(

I have not hooked it up yet though the manual shows a 3 row connector that resembles the connector that is on my 99 SEL it is labled N5-A though this connector shows that it is for Y33 series vehicles cedric/gloria and the leopard all using the VQ30de/t engines quite odd though the connector has fairly the same layout.. this is what I am considering splicing into:
for IG POWER- White w/ Blue stripe.
for Speed- Purple w/ Red or light purple stipe its hard to tell the exact color of the stripe.
for RPM Black w/ Pink stripe.
and for GROUND Black.
I used the N5-A connector for reference locations for these wires, I have a chiltons manual though it does not reveal anything as far as an ECU pin out.
If I had a FSM I am pretty sure this would not be an issue..

Any suggestions???:confused:
