Has anyone heard of a piggyback system called "Perfect Power"? It's a system from South Africa that apparantly adjusts both fuel and timing, and in my opinion would be a great alternative for the JWT ecu. My friend is building a Rav4 turbo for a customer and the customer is running this system. When I find out how it works, I'll let everyone know the details.

This system apparantly has been around for a few years and is starting to become well known and the company will start to advertise in the big mags like Turbo and SCC.

A dealer out of Ontario is selling these for $460 cdn.

If anyone has any info on these, please let me know.

I've heard of it, A friend of mine bought it for his car then went with the SAFC from Apexi. Aparently The Perfect Power is age old technology real cheassy he stated. You would be better off with an Emanage or a Power FC if you wanted to go that route. AFC and ITC for me :)

I'll let u know if it really sucks ass. Brian at sleeper has it on his car and when he gets it running again with his special I won't brake 3rd gear anymore tranny I'll let u know how will u can tune with it.

I installed the software alot of times and it was a bitch to setup. The software sucks major ass. They could have done alot better of a job on it. Kept getting Comm errors all over the place, then it wouldn't talk to the perfect power. The good thing is u can tune on the fly with it ***.

ohh yeah it's a poor mans Emanage unit. lol the emange can do way more than that perfect powerthing can do. They have a Yahoo Emange group. Check it out they can give u more info on it.

Is emanage available for the B13 and B14 SR20DE?

The Emanage is like the SAFC except it has a lot more functions but like the AFC it is universal and can be used with any system.

My friend is using it for the Turbo Rav4 and he's having a hell of a time like mentioned. The software is garbage. when the thing is running right, I'll let everyone know the outcome.
