Hi. This is my first post out of the VE-forums :)

I was just wondering...I have a VE bring triggered by an MSS, and am planning to try and tune it with a S-AFC II. I am not planning any dynotime or anything yet, as I dont have a lot of mods.. BUT, with the help of a windeband, I should be able to tune my AFR pretty good, right?

Now, here comes the real question. I am running the stock VE-manifold/header right now, and of course it has only one hole for a lambda. If I take the stock lambda out, my car will still run, but differently. If I tune with the stock lambda out, I'm guessing the tune will be "faulty" when the car is running with the lambda again?
If I use a tail-sniffer, on a car with the stock cat, will the numbers from the wideband be anything to go by?

I have a Fuji on the way. This might have another hole, so I can run a wideband at the same time, but I honestly dont know.
What would you guys suggest as the best way to tune a car with a cat and only one hole for a o2-sensor?

I searched around but I couldnt find any definitive answers. Maybe there isn't one? I dont know. I hope I wont get flamed to death for this. Thanks in advance :)

Many widebands have a seperate narrow band output that you can feed into the ecu.

Oh. Yeah, actually I've heard of that before, but so far I've not found any brands that has this. Can you point me in a direction?
