Hi guys, and gals

After advice from this forum (thanks all) i have purchased a greddy egt, thing is looking around the web people recommend mounting the sensor in different places in the manifold.

Should i put the sensor
1. Where the 4 pipes of the manifold join.
2. On the runner (pipe) for cylinder 4 as this cylinder gets the hottest?
3. Neither of above, if so where.

1 or 2 is a good spot. It depends which 1 is the hotest. We mounted my friends in #2

how close to the head itselft would you say, or would you go nearer where the 4 runners go into 1?
