How difficult is this. My JDM primera motor blew its head gasket out today. Should I do this my self?

Like you mentioned in another post. Get a Uhaul and come up to Ben's so we can ALL learn:)

2hr teardown and about 3-4hr install. That's how long it took for my first time doing it anyways. Just remember to keep the tension on the chain at all times (I used a bungee cord attached to the hood). And remember to follow the tightening procedure *exactly*, especially for the camshafts tower bolts.

That's about it, make sure everything is at TDC..Make sure you get all the gaskets; I got cheap and didn't replace the tensioner gasket and she started leaking:(..easier to replace with the intake manifold off..Torque to exact spec's..
