Over the weekend I took the latch part of the door's apart, 93 nx 2000 (driver's and passenger's), found where a plastic pin that holds the lock lever in place (so it can pivot properly) had broken. (When I locked the door, it wasn't smooth like it should be.)
Went to the junk yard, pulled a latch out of a 92 stanza or a sentra will work also, pulled it apart( you have to grind off one bolt that holds it together.) and pulled the two plastic pins that hold the levers of the latch in place.
Pulled the latch out of each door, (door panel off, unhook the rods, and three screws) took the latch assembly apart, replaced the plastic pin and put it back together. To hold the latch assembly together, I used the metal bolt that I had ground the top off of to get it apart, and JB Quick Weld to hold it in place.

Now my power locks work like they should and I can lock and unlock my doors from the outside. Where I could only unlock them from the outside before.
