SupaBlackNX2k 06-25-2002, 08:39 PM I have my timing set to 19*. I read that if you go to far, the ECU will retard the timing automatically. If this happens, will it still show 19 when you check the timing? or will the ECU change appear when the timing is being checked? Thanks for any info Mike Hey Mike, I have my timing set at 20 right now. I think the ECU only retards the timing when it detects pinging or knocking.
