I remember reading that someone wired both of there fans to the A/C button so when they turned it on the fans came on. I was wondering if anyong had instructions on this or any tips?

The A/C is involved when using the A/C fuse trick. This involves pulling the fuse for the A/C and tricking the ECU into thinking the A/C is on. Thus, the fans are turned on to cool the engine. However, the problem with this is that it only works on a running car. A better solution is to simply run a power wire through a switch, and tap into the Brown and White wire that is powering the fan. With this setup, the fan still works as usual and with a simple flick of a switch you can turn your fans on whenever you want, while the car is off or on. Hope this helps.

P.S. - remember to put an inline fuse in the power wire before the switch.

What size fuse would you recommend?

Start with a 10 amp. That should work just fine. If there is a problem, switch it for a 15. If that blows, double check all your wiring/connections because you have a problem somewhere.

I did the switch adding a second relay in next to the fan relay while making sure I had the proper gauge of wire. The fan relay likes to turn brown and bake over time so this lightened the load having 2 relays. Having a switch is really the best way to do it. 15Amp fuse is perfect just make sure the switch is rated for 20Amp+. "SupaBlackNX2k", you are spot on bloke.
