Guys,

I'm trying to get this finished, but I don't have the time nor the paitence. I've given it to a friend who has a shop, and all its done is sit there for a month or so.

I'm to the point now that I need to either get rid of it, or keep it AND buy another car (which I rather not do). If I buy another car, I know it will just sit there w/ out getting done.

So, here is my proposal. I want to see this car done. And I would rather see it run w/ someone that has the time rather than just sit there.

The car is a 96 200SX SE (1.6L). I bought it brand new in 96 w/ 12 miles on it and have put 112,000 miles on it since then.

Here are all the parts I have:

GTi-R SR20DET
Garrett GT2531 turbo (came on the motor!)
Full GTi-R Harness
GTi-R ECU
ACT Clutch
96 SE-R Tranny
SE-R Axles
Brand new SE-R Motor Mounts

Thats all I can remember right now.

The car has been "in the works" since January 14th. The GA16 is already out, and the GA Harness isn't cut (just in case I was going to use it). I've had the motor for a year and half now and its been taken care of since I bought it. Its been stored and the holes have been towled for the whole time.

The only missing parts from the whole thing are bolts. Tranny bolts and small bolts here and there. Lots of them got lost when we cleaned out the garage. The tranny bolts, well, they need to be from the SE-R and the ones from the GTi-R are too long because of the bell housing.

Well, here is the bottom line. I owe about $1000 on the car, and have spent upwards of $5000+ on the motor and parts already. I'm willing to sacrifice all this and see the car run.

Whoever wants it, let me know. I'm in Austin, Tx. and I rather sell it someone that knows what they're doing than not. I'm trying NOT to sell it anywhere below $6000, but if I have to, I might.

That's terrible news Ben. I'm sorry that you won't be able to finish it. Why has it just been sitting there? Do you need more parts? Is the shop just sitting on their hands and twiddling their thumbs? I could understand that. I waited forever for them and didn't get what I paid for.
