when I run the # it say it is a 80mm licon maf not a 90mm lightning maf

WTF i bought it from a member on the forum telling me its a lighting maf... what is a licon?

yeah I thought lightning MAFs were plastic too(at least the 2 I had). I have one in my garage and needs a harness, hence me was going to but this. Let me look this up to make sure...

If you google the part number, it says its a 80mm MAF from a Lincoln Mark VIII.

We have 2 of these running on a GTI-R and built Avenir in town, supports the same HP and runs off the lightning JWT program as well. Ford decided to cut costs on the newer mafs by using plastic, that is all. I bought 4 at the same time from someone reputable on MySpecV and I was also under the assumption these were lightning until 95ser pmed me. As I said, it runs as a lightning maf and on the built avenir, he dynoed 429 HP with spray and 25 PSI and his A/F was beautiful.
