Hey
Im was just wondering what the biggets rims I could put on my 91 NX1600 without modifing anything. Some people have told me 15's but I have heard possibly 16's and 17s
Anyway if anyone knows, please post it here.
PS I have 13's on now (Stock)

i had 16 x 7 with 40mm offset with 215/40r16 tires. Awesome stance with springs on stock struts.
I now have 17's with 205/40r17's and i liked the stance with the 16's better.
for what it's worth.

I, too, have 205/40-17's...if you go with 7 inch wide rims, make sure you go with a 35 or 38 offset. I'm running 40 offset, but I have to use 5mm spacer in back to prevent rubbing on the strut tower.

I recently upgraded my rim size to 15's as opposed to the stock 14's on my nx2k. I was surprised how much the 15's filled in the wheel gap and i love how they look...not too big, not too small, but it looks perfect i think. 16's are cool, but 17's are huge...a little too big in my opinion, plus, they wont help your acceleration or quarter mile times either.

16's fit very nicely. Make sure your wheels are
35mm offset so your larger tires will fit. 215/40-r16, besides the better handling, the wheels and tires look just right on the NX. If you are concerned about rub, get some 1/4" (6.5mm) spacers @ Pep Boys for the rears.

i really just fell in love with the new volk gram lights
check them out here (http://www.1010tires.com/listwheel.asp?brand=Volk+Racing&cat=Passenger&model=Gram+Light+%2D+Gun+Metal&source=brand)
yet they only come in a 40 ofset..
so what i'm going to have to do is get a spacer?
that won't be too bad.
but light cheep volks... i can handle that :)
there no te37 but they will have to do

I have 17's and although they look great, I wish I had 16's. The low profile tires make it very easy to dent your expensive rims.
