2001 Sentra w/SR20DE
NOS Direct Port Kit
100 shot
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
Mods I will have with this kit:
S3 cams
stromung exhaust 2.25"
HS gen4 header
UR pullies
Clutch
AEM Cold air intake
BFG Gforce T/A Drag Radials 225/45/17
Would this nitrous setup be reliable, or should I bump down to a 75 shot? Someone told me it will be fine with JUST a fuel pump, and I don't need an igntion, and that we will just retard the timing to prevent detonation? Thanks for the help.

I have heard of people running those setups before. I personally would purchase injectors and ignition(like you said, retard). Other than that you should be fine as long as your car is in good workin order.

Why injectors? It's a wet kit.

There's no need for injectors... it's a Direct port setup.. identical to the one Gregg Perry had on his classic..

Thats my only concern, make sure you get enough fuel. Your A/F ratio is stoich and everything should run smoothly.

I would invest in some meters to monitor fuel press. and A/F. Start low (50HP)and work your way up (100+ maybe). If you start to loose fuel pressure and/or lean out, pull your foot out of the go pedal and reduce the shot. We all know the SR20 can handle the power, its all a matter of how you tune it and pay attention to the details. Don't forget to get colder plugs as well. AND, if the 100 shot is working good, an MSD may be a good idea too.
