What was it you guys said to look for on my PS a banjo bolt and where might it be, I have a bad leak and I was wondering where to look for it? I know Jacen said to keep an eye on it, but I forgot what it was.

Nick---

There's a banjo fitting beside the passenger side strut tower. Check that fitting. If it's not leaking from there, then follow the hose down the back side of the engine. You'll see a compression fitting about 1/2 way down, where the hose is secured to the intake manifold runner.

Those things leak *right* there, usually.

If it's the banjo fitting, God help you in getting that thing loose without breaking it.

If it's the compression fitting on the back of the engine, then you'll need to replace that entire hose, all the way down to where it goes into the PS pump/rack.

I battled my PS hose issues over a 6-month period. Ended up replacing the entire hose assembly with one from a scrapped car.

Good luck.

I wasn't there when it was taken apart, but I put it back together. Shumax later (after the motor was running) saw a washer and told me it went on the power steering connection. So I didn't put it together right. It was the one coming out of the bottom of the pump, I think. I can't remember for sure, but I think I installed it while lying under the car. Sorry.
