wow thats ugly. i have a b12 with the regular sunny grille (s in the middle) and i much prefer it over that thing. are you sure thats from a b12?

It is pretty fugly. It might look better all black. The B12 Sunny grills are sweet though.

I'm pretty sure its for a b12 Sentra for an Asian country.

I am waiting for the price of the exact grill.
It look like I might be able to get a brand new one w/o the Nissan emblem for $55 shipped. I will post here to confirm prices in a day or so.

I think its safe to say, Chuck Johnson and I are the biggest b12 fans ever. Here are both of the cars at the 2004 Convention. Both SR20 powered, both turbo'd and both tracked at Streets and Dyno'd the day before. Mine (Silver) was SC61 powered (still have it, just going through a rebuild currently) and his (Red) was GT3037 powered (I'm sure he still has his as well.)

old school Datsun logo or just the big Datsun name like they put on the front. Its appropriate for the time as well, as it was a Nissan Datsun....

But personally, i like keeping emblems stock.

Wouldn't you rather want some of these grills? These are the Mark II B12 grill's, corners, bumpers and also has different tail lights and filler panels.

I think it is 87-88 and then 89-90, but those are certainly the older style. The grills fit a little different as well. The 89-90 grill matches on the top, but the filler piece sticks out further on the bottom. Here's a good shot of the newer style:
