Ok, I started the SE-R with the Avenir up tonight for the first time. It doesnt want to stay idle, it did once, but only once. Any ideas? Also, I am running rich, I have the "conventional" IC piping hookup w/ a starion IC front mounted. This thing sounds way better than my other SR20...sounds mean. Also, my clutch pedal doesnt spring back, I am checking my clutch cable tomorrow....anyone think it might be my thowout bearing??? Please say no :). Thanks for any help you can provide...

For the cltuch you may wanna make sure to bleed it properly. When its not bled right or at all it acts funny. As towards the idle...I would check like:MAF connection, loose wires, etc...Someone else may have a better solution on the idle problem.

Yah make sure your clutch cable is bled ;)

Yea, I "bled" my clutch ;) Good call. Anyways, I got it boostin, but, I lost the C clamp on my wastgate actuator arm :(, so I only got a small taste, but oh it was a great taste! Only thing was that right after I hit boost, I lost my speedometer, then like 2 minutes later, I got a oil light, check engine light, and a brake light. and I didnt have any power steering. My guess is I over heated and it freaked the car out....but thats just a guess. I am still working a few minor bugs out and making little adjustments, but it should be on the road full time on monday...

which ecu did you use with your avenir engine?...Mine is coming in about 2 days....:D
