Being that you're a newb and all, I'll be a little nice and give you some advice. If you searched a little, or just browse the forum a little, you would know that you are in one of the best places for being a sr20 owner. You have several guys who can do that swap for you. PM Andreas Miko. He's the big kahuna down there.

Dude, nobody is going to spoon feed you anything. Did you read what I posted? Search for Andreas Miko in the member list and you can answer your own question. If you want survive on this forum you will have to learn to search first, ask after. If not, you will get flamed.

If you can't do it yourself, I would recommend that you bite the bullet and pay a certified mechanic to do your swap. If you don't have the funds, sell the car at a loss and move on to a more reliable transportation.

Worse case, you'll find some cheap shade tree mechanic in Orlando who will do the swap for dirt cheap, but you'll end up with an unsafe and unreliable car.

Good luck!
