As title says. Basically this is an underdrive pulley for the water pump on a RWD SR. Designed to slow the pump down, to avoid cavitation and overheating at high RPM. Read what I wrote about it here:

Until I have the money to participate in more track events I really have no use for this. It's unnecessary in street driving IMO.

NOTE: the pulley I have is not anodized but powdercoated a deeper blue than in the pictures, more of a royal blue color. The face of it was scratched when the powdercoater stripped the anodizing, but it's fully functional.
