Hey my NX1600 is Red and the middle trim is really faded so its time for a paint job. I am thinking either red to match the car or black. Im kinda leaning towards black now but im still not 100% sure.
If anyone has any ideas or diff colors/pics etc, please post em

Please do not paint it black.... i thought about this too when i first got my NX and then well i realized that it looks really stupid with the black trim, and that it looks so much better with the same color trim... go same color....

Thanks for the post, but I decided to go with black about 2 hours ago and I started the driver side. But no worries, it looks great. I know with some colors it wouldnt look good, but it really looks like it fits with my car.

Im having a ton of fun with my NX. This is really great!

I checked out your car on that site, the black looks pretty good, a lot better than I had imagined it! That red/black shift knob was on my list of "to do's" but then we painted our car from red to blue so maybe we'll go with another colour now.

Are you also on NWN (http://www.northwestnissans.com) ??? There I'm Wilde Blueberry, but here they did not know how to change my name after the paint job so rather than rejoin, I kept it the Cherry name.

No im not on NWN but I think ill join. Looks fun. Anyway, yah the black looks great and it really goes well. The blue looks sweet on your NX. Have you done any other mods? Performance/Cosmetic?

Thanks, Well we just got the nx in Feb., so far we've sanded it down our selves, paid to have it painted, ordered the spoiler off the internet (it was meant for a volvo so we had to grind the mounting points down till the angles were proper.).

We did the custom led taillights ourselves.

Painted the interior dash (only around the gauges, stereo, glove box, and air vents silver.

We installed the K&N air intake system.

We changed the fuel pump, aic (or was it acc?) valve, cleaned the throttle body, regrounded the maf sensor.

We've bought and have a dual tip stainless steel exhaust/muffler. We're saving up for headers and mandrell bend stainless steel piping. We'll install it all at the same time.

We're going to be getting the Energy Suspension motor mount inserts within the next few weeks cause our engine is a rockin'!:cool:

Well Im done painting the middle trim black and it looks great. Now I need to figure out what the very bottom trim will be.
Its grey now and Im going to paint it either black or red.
