Ok everyone, here is what happened to Chris (Chris please make corrections on anything I miss). His bar was shipped via DHL, they said it was delivered but he never received it. Supposedly they have a signiture, but it isn't his signiture. DHL claims no responsibility, and Chris has no bar. In the previous 5 rounds, my importer has paid for a lost bar once, and I have paid for a second bar lost through no fault of mine. I refuse to pay for anymore of DHL's incompetence. At this point, I would like to run another round, but am hesitant to due to these issues that are far beyond my control. Any one have a constructive suggestion for this dilema?

I don't like DHL either, I have a friend that works there and he hates it...........I can't even get them to give me a quote on 4 wheels I am trying to sale. DHL FTL! I'm stuck on this one Joe, it would almost be like buy at your own risk in for round 7....... :dunno:

can you try someone else.... like Ups? or fed ex?... I know for a fact I won't have a problem getting mine here ,, my Ups guy is cool as cold day in January LOL,,,

I have fam that work for UPS and FedEx... never any issues!
