hey man great write up and thanks for sharing. Now i can match my hvac with my Autometer Colbalt gauges.

My friend did the same with his cluster, but he got the led bulbs that change color blue to red with a switch.

No problem man, just sharing the joy :biggthump

Super cool man! I hope to do something a little more in depth, like get the red part red , blue part blue, and so on.

one day I would like to do something like this.

This is an absolutely amazing forum for anyone wanting to learn their own HID installs or LED work, or any other kind of lighting. Try it! BUT I'm not too keen on how the bulletin board is set up :(

^^^ wow that does look fantastic! I don't think we can easily accomplish the same effect though :(... mainly because only 4 LED's control the Cluster Lights.

Crap, this just reminded me after I already ordered the HVAC lights, that I should have ordered lights for my Phantom gauges. :eek2:
