i removed my injectors on my pulsar sr20de and got them cleaned/flowchecked. They are all within spec and all clean. I noticed that one of my injectors is slightly bigger than the rest. Anyway i put them all back in tthe car tried to start it but all i get is this ticking noise like engine has been locked up and there is fuel dripping from what looks like the bottom of the inlet manilfold. So i Removed and reinstalled but still does same thing

Pull your spark plugs and crank the engine over to evacuate the fuel (lay a rag over the valve cover if you don't want gas all over your engine bay). Then remove all the injectors, inspect/replace the o-rings, lubricate them with Vaseline or similar, and reinstall.
