would there be any harm in getting a bosch o2 sensore from autozone for $60
as opposed to getting the o2 sensor from courtesy for $95

that wouldnt cause any adverse problems *** i know our cars dont take to alot of non genuine nissan parts

They are one and the same. Nissan uses Bosch o2 sensors.
