NOW I CAN GO AUTOCROSS, WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO! i got a KBC Rush helmet. its black,silver,and white. comfy:) its Rated at Snell M95. i know thats a little old, but i think thats all i need for autocrossing. am i right on that one? i got a 200 dollar helmet for 80 bucks. benefits of having your cousin work at a motorcycle dealer:) anyways, id like some imput on the ratings. i know about the SA2000, i was wanting one, but i liked this one so much and i just intend to autocross so i think this was all i needed. and should it last me a while, rating wise? thanks alot guys! im happy! my bday money was well spent!

every autox i have ever been to has loaner helmets available just in case, but they are usually nasty as hell and sweaty, so having your own is cool

how much is your head worth? how much does it cost not to have a cool looking helmet? that helmet is definatly better than nothing. but at the same time, it is the bare min I would use. if you are goign to spend money on a helmet, you should get all you can afford to loose. if your head is worth 95 dollars. then that walmart helmet in the back is fine..... Helmet's is one place no one should ever start pulling the budget in at.

hey, bowlcut, i think you failed to read that the helmet was a 200 dollar helmet. i reapeat, 200 dollars. reason why i got it for 80? because my cousin works where i got it and got me a hell of a discount. i am very satisfied with my helmet, im sure theres better, but for what im doing this is good.

actualy i didnt even notice the price to tell the truth. what i saw was a m95 rating. it better than a loaner helmet thats for sure.

M95 isnt a bad rating at all. at least it passed it. it was the standard of its time, so it has to be safe. besides, ive heard from people that M95 and SA2000 helmets dont have much difference imbetween them. SA2000 is just a little better.
