Whats up guys(and girls). i own a 97 se-r and might be intersted in buying a nx2000. I am wondering what I should look for ** i buy the car, like any common problems with nx's specifically.

Congrats. That's a rare car w/o T-tops. You should buy it anyway ;) . I've not had any problems out of mine, but 5th gear popout seems to be the biggest thing.

Check the wheel wells for rust and make sure everything opens and closes smoothly etc.
It might need a tune up (Plugs, Oil Change, Air Filter, Possibly cap and rotor and wires)

I think the last 2 replies summed it up. Rust and 5th gear popout are the biggest problems. Personally, I can live with the 5th gear popout, but rust is like cancer and will spread. Other than those most other common problems on an NX are a pretty easy fix.
