It can be by just taking out the abs fuse in the engine bay. Its a fusible link. Its not recommened ***, I tried it before and boy its so easy to lock up those brakes. I think your better off changing the proportioning valve as well. This is just me, but ive driven it long enough to know that its very dangerous and skids very easily even in the dry @ low speeds. This is with the ad22vf in the front and stock lines.
