So as you may have read in my other thread in the turbo section, my bumper has been ripped off of the passenger side, where the bumper mounts to the fender. I'd take pictures, but I'm a lil bit pissed off right now, so I don't wanna go out there and see it.

Anyhow, it's not BAD, just the hole on the bumper that the screw goes thru, to the fender, has been ripped off. I really need to fix it, ghetto or otherwise, so that it doesn't hang down and piss me off every time I look at the car.

Has anyone run into a similar situation, with an easy fix? Preferably NOT buying another bumper, at this point in time. That will come MUCH later. Right now, I don't want the damn thing hanging.

:D So the ghetto way, it is. :rofl: I'm calmed down more, now. After looking at the intercooler piping, which was my biggest concern, it's definitely salvageable, so a little bumper fix wouldn't be so bad. Hell, it may even get me to look for a better bumper down the line :rofl:

a lil' fiber glass resin and cloth...works on just about any hole or patch...there's a split in the first picture right in the bottom piece of that front end...did it the same way you did yours. Use the fiber glass cloth on the inside of the bumper and then fill it in from the outside. wow that second pic sucks...sorry. Filled in that gay gtr too with the resin. Stuff gets super hard too, i'm sure you could redrill it after you fill it in.

I actually like how that bumper looks, though your pictures really suck :rofl:

is there any material left around the bumper hole? if so you could use a giant washer with the fastener to pull the bumper up. i don't know how to work exactly what i'm trying to say. i will try to see if i can find a pic of what i use on mine. my bumper was ripped off the passenger side mount, so my mom's friend who owns a body shop made a little plate with a bolt through it.
