I have a 94 SE-R and it came with a airbag .My brothers 91 SE-R doesn't have one.When did the airbag become standard?

I think it started being equipped sometime in the 93 model year. 91-92 did not have airbags at all.

My 93 XE didn't have SRS. But my 91 Egg did.

91-3 NX's all had them, 91-2 Sentra's wasn't an option, 93 and 94 it was an option.

The NX's in Canada didn't have air bags until 93.

All 200SX SE-R's over here from 95 - 98 had air bags as well.

However, my B13 coupe (GA16DE engine) is a 95 didn't have them. We got the B13 coupe until 96 but I'm not sure if the 96's had them or not. This is strange as they were sold along side the 200SX's which did have air bags.
