Hey all,

Ever since I installed my PR CAI, I have been having a string of problems.

First my car would not hold an idle, so I regrounded the MAF and now she idles great.

But now, anytime I go to start the car in the morning, I have to gas it to get it to start, it wont start on its own.

And on my last tank of gas I got about 19 mpg, albeit mostly around town with the AC on and revvin the crap out of it, but still, I usually get like 25 mpg

anyone have any ideas of what to try next before I go out and drop lots of cash on an O2 sensor and whatnot?

The cap/rotor/plugs are about 5000 miles old. The wires are old, not sure how old but old.

Same goes with the O2 sensor.

the same thing happened to me. i felt so stupid when i realized that the MAF

the same thing happened to me. i felt so stupid when i realized that the MAF adapter plate was on the wrong way. check and see if the MAF adapter plate completly seals the MAF.

should I put any type of sealent between the plate and the mAF?

Go to an auto parts store, buy a Bosch o2 sensor. They are the same as the factory Nissan ones. Nissan just stamps them.

oh cool. i thought i was the only one who put the maf adapter on the wrong way. It was keep stalling when I try to gas it up a hill from a complete stop.

I thougth the MAF adapter only lined up one way?
