So, ive got the engine in the car. Ive been thru the loom, and sorted the wiring. But in all my wire sorting and from what little ecu info ive found, i cant for the life of me find the Fuel Pump trigger wire.

Ive checked all the wires out of the ecu plugs (not the ecu plug itself yet, need a helper to turn the ig on and off). There are very few wires that are unused, I have had the engine running, so know it works ok.

I would expect it to pulse the pump when the ig is turned on, then when cranking, but late model may be different maybe.

So to be clear, its a sr20ve 20v and factory 20v ecu in a NX.

I will hook it up to ignition if i have to, but that is not safe in an accident.

Check the ground wire that grounds the relay under the ecu. I spent all day playing with the realys! when this wire going to the ecu is grounded it triggers the fuel pump. on the N15 it was a white wire with green stripe.
