I did my front mount with ABS piping because PVC will melt too fast. My engine came with the turbo facing downward, so my setup may be different from yours.

When I pumped up the boost recently, the turbo-intercoller pipe disconnected, bouncing on the round behind me!

I went to a muffler shop to fit a steel pipe with a bracket.

ABS is a temporary solution.

if you have to do it homie depot style. i would go with CPVC its the grey stuff. 2.25in. you should use 2 in but i think the slightly larger size will help with melting. wrap it with some exhaust wrap or something. whatever pipe you get you should be buying "street 90`s" or "sweeps". these turns are smoother and better for flow. you might also try 2" EMT and hose connectors. but it is a little bit more. if you use pvc get schedule 80 not schedule 40. it is thicker and wont melt so easily.
