and id like to rev to 8500 rpms due to haveing a 1.6 n1 transmission

ive got a spare b13 5 spd ecu im ready to send off but i just did not know if u had a basic program because im going to hit the dyno hopefully within a month after getting the real time ecu back. but let me know if u have something like that and when i can send my ecu off to get it done and the turn around time..
