I live in new york hot summers cold winters,3 months hot 9 months cool to cold so in making my power to weight ratio better im deciding on taking out the A.C system, I had an acura legend back in the day i did the same thing no problem i found it working a little better. do they sell shorter belts for this mod?

Yep
You need the non A.C. alternator belt. It's not 6 rib, it's only 4, but it works.
