I have a friend locally who's looking to do a GA auto to SR 5speed swap in a 200sx. I have a rough idea of what all is needed but I'm trying to find the best/cheapest place to get a DET from. With turbo? I typically go with Miko, b/c he's the man. Yeah $1k is pretty cheap. I can't argue that Dre is the man. I know he worked magic on fixing my old 200. If it were for me I'd definitely ask him, I know he sources quality stuff only. Although in this case I think the owner of the car just wants to find something inexpensive to swap in for a quick sale. I have to talk to the guy Saturday so I'll feel him out for what his plans/ideas are. I just figured I'd get some info for him prior to seeing him. I bought it from JGY for $1900, it has GReddy rocker arm stopper installed. Engine is still on the pallet from when it was delivered. If you are interested make me an offer.
