anyone ever use an exedy clutch kit? i found a good price i think but i dont the specs of the kit or the quality of the product. anybody have comments?

Exedy is the same as oem replacement. They are one of the best oem replacement kits out there.

I just installed a Exedy clutch with a HP pressure plate.
I got mine from capclutch.com but from what i hear it's luck of the draw on what you get from them. For the price i'm happy.

Did it myself, all it cost me was time and some blood. :)

Yea, I was one of the unlucky ones. I got a Aisin pressure plate with my C.A.P. Clutch Kit. The quality of that plate was not very smooth. Shabby manufacturing. But it is holding pretty well. Installed approx. 5000 miles ago and seems to still grab nicely. Would have rather recvd the Exedy presure plate. Oh well... :rolleyes:

my brother has an exedy clutch in his honda. he is happy with it so far (he's had it for a month)
