: I just got the Motavitional RSTB and all I can say is WOW!
Pretty White 07-08-2002, 12:17 PM Those who know me know how cheap I am. If you haven't gotten any other mods I suggest you get this ** you get a FSTB. It is worth every penny. The quality is....WOW! I am holding in #2 just so I can post this to you bastards. I'll be back in 15 (If I survive) and post some pics from the video camera of it.
Go call him and get one now! This is from Mr.Cheepo!

These pics look clearer when I have them on my PC. Imagestation pictures seem to get larger and fuzzy them up a bit. But it still looks OK.
cyc5181 07-08-2002, 02:24 PM how much was the RSTB? last time i heard was like 150? and have u put it on ur car yet? if so, how big of a difference did it make? and what are ur impressions?
thanx
Pretty White 07-08-2002, 03:44 PM I just drove a few blocks with it but already it feels like I just stiffened the rear. I have yet to do the ES rears. I love it though. Takes a while to get used to. Yeah It is $152.00 shipped. The point here is not the price anymore. It is the fact that someone actually engenieered something for the NX2000 and it went unappreciated. I hope that doesn't happen with the 3 pod deal (before I sound like a hyprocrite, I have been having trouble with my credit card # on the site, I don't know why but I got fustrated Saturday trying to order but will retry today).
If someone is making something for B13's much less the NX2000 and we don't support them we have no one to blame but ourselves when we go to Autozone and see 1000 parts for a Civic and we passed up an opportunity to have custom stuff made that no one else would care to do (ie: NisKnacks).

Amen brotha! Welcome to the MOTI enthusiasts! :D I've had mine for about 7 months now. It is a great looking piece and it works.
Dude I was just glad that no BIG wind came by and blew that rear STB down below to your white NX. :D I almost saw an accident before it happen.
Happy driving.
Pretty White 07-08-2002, 04:38 PM Well LONEWOLF came by my house today so if it crashed thru my windshield I probally would have knocked his ass out and took swapped windshields ** he could see mine. When he woke up I would have told him he passed out on his windshield and that how it broke! :D
chriscar 07-08-2002, 05:16 PM As I was looking at those first pictures, with your car down below, I kept thinking "What's he gonna do, throw it at the car to install it? :)
I know there's at least two B13 SE-R RSTB's out there, does Motivational make one?
C (:-)
Pretty White 07-08-2002, 10:41 PM Unbelievable. On the streets this thing feels unbelievable. You know that creeking you get going into the parking lots of TacoBell/KFC? I don't get that anymore. This mod rocks. Can't wait to push it on the curves.

No Motivational only has the one for the NX. I think it would work on the b13 if you cut some sheetmetal.

Completely correct! The b13/NX chasis is about as stiff as a noodle in the rear.
NX$paniard 07-09-2002, 08:45 PM IMHO ... That bar loooks tight and Im sure it works well.
For the money though you can get the Random Thoughts one for $70, Its a simpler push-against the towers-design, but its nearly half the price and works well, i had it installed for awhile, although its tricky to keep it level, it does work well and stops the squeaking and stiffens the rear effectively. i will post pics of it after I powder coiat it and reinstall it..
at first i was dissapointed with it because it wasnt a top mount, but i rather have the rtr one for 70 than the motivational for 150.
The motivational is well made and vbery nice though dont get me wrong!!! just my viewpoint. Enjoy!!!
focus 07-10-2002, 07:36 PM I had that one first, still have it as a matter of fact. Worked well but really wanted the Moti. I haven't regretted it. Between the 2 the Moti makes a bigger difference.
I was looking at the seat belt anchor points and thought hey if I have the Random Bar cut and retapped I could use it for an upper brace. Anything to stiffen the NX.
