Does anybody know the original MSRP price for the NX2000? I've been doing searches all morning and I can find tons of info but not the original price! Thanks in advance.

I can have the exact sticker price available when I get home for 93 NX2K. Its actually sitting on the windshield of the other NX (the blue one) in my garage.

I believe it was around 14,000. The car had pretty much all the options: a/c, power windows, locks, mirrors, mudflaps, abs, and cruise. I'll get it for ya when I get home tonight. :)

Great! Thanks Chris. You mean you still have the MSRP sticker on your NX still!?

According to the R&T I have from way back when they tested it, it was in the High 12's to high 13's

Yeah well the sticker on the NX2000's from 5Towns Nissan in 92 were $17,000. I looked into getting one but I changed my mind.

I have my sticker for my 1993 NX2000 here (it came w/ the car) and it says:

MSRP: $14,950.00
POWER PACKAGE: $620.00
DESTINATION CHARGE: $350.00

TOTAL: $15,920.00

That's it. The power package gave me power windows, power door locks, and cruise. It feels good to have the sticker still. :)

You guys are right, hadn't read that article in a while, they were up there....

Hard to believe an NX cost that much then, and the new SE-R (not that its any better hehe) is (supposed to) be the same.... You'd think in 10 years there'd be a ton of price difference...

Thanks for the info everyone. The reason I ask is because I've set a goal for myself to compete in the One Lap of America for the 2005 season. The lowest class bracket is for cars under $15,000 new, so if my NX fits under that bracket then I may try to get my current car to compete. If not, I'm going to have to buy an older *gasp* Honda Civic hatchback (EG generation). Does anybody know if car companies suggest different MSRP prices for different states?

I think the Classic SE-R & NX's fall into that category. I remember reading about a guy competing in his classic. I always wanted to do the One Lap, too. 2005, you say? Maybe I'll be ready by then, too!;)

I have a 93 NX that I paid $6750 for in 99 with power package, and AC with 68k miles. I have an origional window sticker from Al Jones's 93 from Maryland with power package, ac, and abs.

Car: 14950

power package (pw, pl, cruise): 620

AC: 850

ABS: 700

Destination: 350

Total: 17470

Holy shit, this makes the specv seem like a bargain!

This is from Hamilton Pon-Cad INC 261 Fredrick St. Hagertown, MD 21740

Sorry, I didn't mean i had it on the car, it was just sitting on the glass. I got it from the owner of the other NX and i had nowhere better to put it then just on top of this non-running one.

The final MSRP came to 16,2xx...I forgot to bring it in again today

See you there :D

I might actually need a codriver when the time comes to find one...I guess this place would be a good place to start.
