how would I get a usdm egr system to work on a bb det???? is the intake manifold the same??? I will have to go through this because I have a visual and dyno testing done on the 91 as soon as I get it done??? has anybody just tapped the exhaust manifold and have it work????

Sounds like too much work to me.

I know someone in canada that passed Air Care(canadian emissions) visual test when he had an AEBS header that didn't have anything for the AIV system. He hooked it up so that the lower pipe on the AIV was just touching the header, the tech's saw it and he passed.

Hopefully your Emissions inspectors are as lax as the canadians.

Yeah if I were you, I would just "fake" it. Don't install it for real.
