Okay in my other post I was talkin bout my suspension and then someone said the Eibach ERS springs have strange numbering, I bought my set used and the previous owner said they were 325/250, but then the rear had some funny markings (indicating 180ish) so now lets see what I have exactly....
Here's all the markings I saw
Front: 03/99 (I assume date of manufacture)
then 0700.250.325 (so I think this is okay, its 325 lb right?)

Rear: 03/99
then 99180.64.44 (or something close to that, the first 99 was kind of hard to read)

So my question is, are my rears 250lb? Or 180 lb ?? Or some random number???

Thanks,
Anthony

700-250-325.

700 = 7 inches (spring length)

250 = 2.5 inches (spring diameter)

325 = 325lbs (spring rate)

180-64-44.

180mm = 7 inches

64mm = 2.5inches

44 (don't know the measurement) = 250lbs

Cool, so I do have 250 lbs in the rear... :)
Time to hit up the auto-x!

Thanks!

44 should be 44kg/cm2

that comes out to be about 245lb/in2.

how are your white powerracing wheels? one of mine cracked. cracked at the spoke. the rim is still perfectly round. i wonder if it's manufacturer's defect or something. oh wells.

where's your 98? you sold it?

Hey Dus!

Long time no hear. The Power Racing wheels are getting their fair share of beating, as they are now track-only wheels for my NX. However, they are holding up just fine. I just cleaned them not too long ago and they look just like new, save for a few dings and scratches.

Yeah... I sold my '98 SE-R a few weeks ago. I now drive a girly 2-seat, RWD convertible. :)
