Okay here we go....

We have a site rented for the meet on August 10th at 10:00am. It is in a small town called Richland, PA. Exact location: corner of 225 Main and Linden STs. Richland, PA 17087 USe this address for mapquest.
I have rented what looks to be a 2-3 acre recreational lot. Due to the amount of response, I hired a concessionary to come in with food and drinks It will be really cheap, so quit complaining. I am renting two porta-pottys, and there is a convenience store 75 feet from the lot with two real bathrooms as well.
There will be a deejay.
Import Motorsorts Has put up the Money to do this, so thanks to Nathan Weaber 717-269-1160 he is a F-Max turbo distributor.
StickerSteve will be there making decals if you need anything.
Axis Import Performance will be vending products.
Import Intelligence is aiding in the dyno and hopefully will give away guages

There are local car parts stores ready and willing to give me stuff to give away.

Including: Axis Import Performance, Autozone, Pep Boys, and Paplosky's speed and custom, Napa, Cartunes, A&A Auto, and Battery Warehouse (I already have a lot of stuff from these people)

There are going to be vendors invited. We have two confirmed: Matts Cartunes (car stereo), Axis Import Performance, and of course Import Motor Sports

If you are a vendor, the cost will be 45$ to set up and vend.

A dynojet will be there. It is $50 for three pulls!!!!!!!

PAStreets.com is covering the event and providing MODELS

So far, an estimate of 150-250 cars has been generalized!

Due to this fact, the party at my house will be by invite only. I apologize for this ahead of time, but it's only a townhouse!!!!!

I will be distributing a packet upon registration (10$ a car) which includes restaurants, and places to party, dance, or just hang out.
This will also have business cards fro the cos. that are helping.

Preregistration is helpful! (for costs) I will knock down the price by 3 bucks if you preregister. E-mail me privately for adress info at screaminser96@cs.com



If it rains, we will hold the event on Sunday and cancel the day drive.

IN NO WAY ARE THE ORGANIZERS, STAFF, OR SPONSORS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS/EVENTS THAT OCCUR. BE RESPONSIBLE AND SAFE SO EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THE EVENT!

In other words NO ALCOHOL, NO RACING, NO BURNOUTS, NO FIGHTING, ETC. We want to have fun and not destroy any future chances of doing so!
