would it be better to have lower compression to run a turbo and nitrous or high compression? because i herd its bad to run a turbo with high compression

The lower your compression, the more boost you can run safely.

FWIW, TT Z's have a 8.5:1 compression ratio while NA Z's have a 10.5:1 compression ratio.

Higher compression and boost will give you more power than low compression and boost, but it's more dangerous. As long as you have enough fuel and spark, you'll be ok.

Only reason you would need to run nitrous is if you have a large turbo (to elimante "lag"). I would suggest to stick with around a 8.5:1 cr since thats where most det motors are. That way you'll be able to run a high amount of boost with the least amount of worries. Thats if you have proper set-up, which isnt to hard.

IM0 I would go with either a gt25 or t3/t4 turbo setup for you best performance without a shot to help.

Well you can run upwards of 20+ psi I belive, but I wouldnt go that high until you have plans for a transmission. Since 3rd gear tends to go from what ive heard.
