Alright, so we got all the bolts off the outer part and used a blade to get the silicone off, but the wheels are still stuck together and won't budge. I don't wanna break or nick the wheels, so what else can I use to separate this thing? I don't feel like using flat head and doing some damage.The only thing that fits between this crack is that blade I used, but that thing would snap if I even tried prying the wheels with those.

Hammer it out with a rubber mallet.

iv always wanted to do that, but i'm affraid at reassembling it.. it's probably hard to get it rebalanced and concentric. and what torque values for the bolts?
